1. Definitions

These terms govern betcrypted.com and all JSON data products. “Data” means structured football files for 1X2/DC markets produced by ESF/EFF (Hybrid Intelligence engine). Full Time only.

2. Nature of Product

Betcrypted Ventures is a sports data analytics and IT company (registered in Kenya). We sell datasets — not betting advice. ESF applies deliberate exclusions, by design: knockout fixtures, friendlies, amateur/youth tournaments, zero-standings, dual-table structures (H2H fallback with reduced rating), no-H2H, suspicious leagues. Gender defaults to men; women’s fixtures are flagged and toggled only in Pro/Elite.

3. No Refund

All sales final. Digital goods are delivered instantly via Selar/sell.app. A Free tier exists for evaluation. Missed-day delivery is replaced by an equivalent day — no monetary refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

Not liable for: financial losses, timing mismatches, misspellings, incorrect scores, non-existent matches, fixture changes, third-party failures, or your decisions. MVP amnesty: known data anomalies expected through 2030 — including numeric errors and incomplete datasets.

5. Payments

Selar.com and sell.app. We store no card data. GBP. Disputes directed to processors.

6. Usage & Ownership

Licensed for personal/internal use. No resale without Elite white-label terms. Once ESF processes raw fixtures, the structured output is our IP — your combined derivative remains yours.

7. Access

Accountless. Unique obfuscated link. Link security is your responsibility. We may terminate for abuse without refund.

8. Intellectual Property

ESF, EFF, Betcrypted are our marks. No reverse-engineering or systematic extraction.

9. Compliance

You are responsible for local gambling/betting/data laws. Kenya law governs.

10. Amendments

We may update terms; material changes announced on-site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
